The terms of our voluntary 100-day return guarantee.

100 days to decide

A suitcase is a purchase for years to come. ALTAIR therefore offers a voluntary 100-day return guarantee from the day you receive your order. You may unpack, inspect and try the suitcase at home. This offer sits alongside any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

How it works

Email contact@altairluggage.com with your order number.
We reply within 24 hours on working days and send you a ready-to-use return label and the return address.
Pack the suitcase securely and send it back, ideally in its original box.
Once we have received and checked it, we will refund the purchase price, less any return-label charge you agreed to pay in advance.

Conditions

Request the return within 100 days of receiving the goods.
You may unpack and try the suitcase at home, but it must not have been used for travel or show scratches, dents, stickers or other signs of use.
Return all included accessories and any free gifts that came with your order.
The actual cost of the return label is deducted from the refund — usually between €20 and €30. We tell you the exact amount before you use the label.
For returns under this voluntary guarantee, we will refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the goods.
If these conditions are not met, we may decline a return under this voluntary guarantee or make an appropriate deduction for reduced value, where permitted by the law that applies to your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your suitcase arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive something other than what you ordered, contact us. We will cover the return costs for the issue; no return-label charge will be deducted from your refund.

Your legal rights

This 100-day guarantee is an additional offer from ALTAIR. It does not limit any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer guarantee rights that apply to your purchase. If you are exercising a legal right instead, the applicable law and policy govern the return.
